The pristine environment of Big Glory Bay gives the king salmon a sweet, clean flavor with a hint of kombu. When grilled, I love the contrast between the thin, crispy skin and the tender, flaky texture of the fish. Big Glory Bay is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I have ever visited.

It's good for the sashimi and the sushi. With the thick marbling, this is the best salmon in the world.
